What We Do
ZYGOS has managed to establish - since June 2023 - the first hydraulic test bench in Greece specialised in OH and calibration of FIVA/ELFI/ELVA Valves for Man Diesel & Turbo Electronically 2-stroke engines.
All FIVA/ELFI/ELVA are supported.
Scope of work for each FIVA/ELFI/ELVA Valve includes following items:
• Disasembly of multi-way valve
• Cleaning & Inspection of valve housing, main spool, pilot valve & sensor
• Seals Replacement (OH Kit supplied by Zygos, genuine spare parts used only)
• Testing of control/pilot valve
• Testing of feedback sensor
• Calibration of mechanical center of the spool & feedback sensor
• Function Test: exhaust valve open/close, fuel injector open/close, internal leakages check using test bench
• Final Work Report
Since June 2024, ZYGOS has managed to establish an additional test bench for HPS Pumps of Man Diesel & Turbo Electronically 2-stroke engines.
Either Gear or Motor Pumps can be OH at our workshop, and tested on our test bench using genuine spare parts only.
Parker and/or Rexroth Pumps are included in the list of pumps that can be tested on our equipment.
Scope of work includes:

Dismantling, Cleaning and Reassembling of the pump

Simulate engine running condition via control Proportional Valve during testing

Carry out pump testing up to 750 L/min capacity

Calibrate inductive sensor and safety check

Proportional Valve test

Final work Report & Graphic Display
The Workshop
Workshop has 260m2 total space & capacity and is based at Koropi Industrial Area.
All spare parts related to FIVA / ELFI / ELVA or HPS Pumps (OH Kits, Proportional Valves, Inductive Sensors, other major Components), even FIVA / ELFI / ELVA or HPS Pumps Assembly Units are available, to fulfil any routine or urgent request of our customers.
