What We Do

Zygos Maritime Services has available engineers who may attend onboard for urgent troubleshooting cases or routine maintenance. We are able to provide labor/manpower and genuine spare parts for all below works related to 5-year maintenance of ME Engines:

⁠OH Fuel Booster units & Exhaust Valve Actuators
OH HPS and HCU Accumulator OH and refill with nitrogen
OH Cylinder Lubricators

OH Pneumatic system & Main Starting Valve
Remove and refit FIVA/ELFI/ELVA & Hydraulic Pumps (gear and/or motor ones)
Tacho system OH and calibration
Electronical Checks
Function tests & Engine/Sea Trials
