ZYGOS MARITIME SERVICES uses infrared cameras to measure the amount of thermal radiation emitted by objects, in order to provide the client with a report that may estimate future defects or damages to any of the following components:

Electrical Switchboards

KEY FACTS

Thermal imaging is a non-destructive method of preventive maintenance and may have following applications:

Electrical Switchboards and related equipment (electrical connections failures, earth faults, phase imbalance etc.)

Electrical Motors condition (motor winding overheating, bearings damages, comparison of same motors operation)

Mechanical equipment (bearings damages, shafts misalignments/bents shafts, insufficient lubrication causing frictional heat, contactless tank level measurement etc).

Insulation Materials Check

Flanges/Pipes/Heat Exchangers check for leakages
