FIVA / ELFI / ELVA & HPS PUMPS

Zygos Maritime Services is specialized on the repair maintenance of (i) HPS Pumps & (ii) FIVA/ELFI/ELVA multiway valves and HPS Pumps of MAN Diesel & Turbo Electronically controlled Engines.

Our workshop is the first one in Greece to be equipped with a Test Bench for FIVA/ELFI/ELVA of any maker, supporting all vessels trading at European territory on the OH and calibration of such components. A separate Test Bench for HPS Pumps is also available at our premises.

We can also support customers through our network at Singapore & Shanghai, providing above services & OH options.

FIVA / ELFI / ELVA OH includes:

Dismantling, Cleaning, OH & Inspection of valve housing and main spool

Separate testing of control/pilot valve and repair kit using original spare parts for FIVA

Calibration of feedback sensor

Calibration of mechanical center of the spool

Function Test at 250 bars

Final work Report

HPS PUMPS OH includes:

Dismantling, Cleaning, OH & Inspection of components

Simulate engine running condition via control proportional valve during pump testing

Carry out pump testing up to 750L/mins.capacity

Calibrate inductive sensor and safety check
