Zygos Maritime Services is exclusively representing Boeaman Technology Service in Greece.

Boeaman is specialized on the maintenance of FIVA/ELFI/ELVA multiway valves and HPS Pumps of Electronically controlled Engines.

What We Do

Repairs and/or routine maintenance include following scope of works for each of the components:

FIVA/ELFI/ELVA:

Cleaning & Inspection of valve housing and main spool

Separate testing of control/pilot valve and repair kit using original spare parts for FIVA.

Calibration of feedback sensor.

Calibration of mechanical center of the spool.

Function Test at 250 bars: exhaust valve open/close, fuel injector open/close, leakages check

Final work Report

HPS PUMPS

Simulate engine running condition via control proportional valve during pump testing

Carry out pump testing up to 750L/mins.capacity

Calibrate inductive sensor and safety check

Final Work Report - Graphic Display

Applicable for pumps made by Bosch/Rexroth, Dynex and Parker

Boeaman

Boeaman is based at Singapore and Shanghai at the moment, while on the beginning of 2023 a new test bench for FIVA/ELFI/ELVA will be in operation in Greece under Zygos supervision.

All types of FIVA / ELFI / ELVA multiway valves may be overhauled and calibrated. Following options are provided to the client:

OH at workshop

On exchange basis supply

Straight purchasing of complete parts (FIVA/ELFI/ELVA and HPS Pumps)

OH onboard for FIVA/ELFI/ELVA

A big stock of spare parts (OH Kits, Proportional Valves, complete FIVA/ELFI/ELVA, complete HPS Pumps) is available in stock to assist on urgent cases and on exchange-basis option.
